3M White Cable Stacker is a cable organizer that centers multiple cables on framing members. It organizes cable runs with convenient space management and aids in identification. This cable stacker is made of reclaimed plastic and comes with a convenient design that is easy to install. The 3M Cable Stacker SI-1 and 3M Furring Strip Cable Stacker SIFS-1 are intended for use with NM and UF cables on framing members. SI-1 allows the installation of multiple NM or UF cables on one side of a 2 x 4 in vertical or horizontal raceways. SIFS-1 allows multiple cable installations on one side of a furring strip.The cable stackers address Article 300-4 (d) of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and the Canadian Electrical Code, Part 1, Section 12-516. Application: Standard stud-mounted cable stacking. Mounting Surface: Nails directly into wood studs (most common in residential/commercial rough-in). Capacity: Holds up to 8 non-metallic (NM) cables side-by-side. Compliance: UL Listed, NEC compliant (meets spacing and securing requirements).
