Instructions:

1. Put 4-4.5 teaspoons of the powder mix into a cup (6 oz.). 
2. Fill the cup with boiling water or boiling milk* while stirring.
3. Stir slowly until dissolved. 
4. For the best result, it is very important to boil the water or milk.
5. Serving suggestion: Sahlab may be served with cinnamon and shredded coconut or chopped pistachio or other nuts.

Ingredients: Sugar, potato starch, glucose syrup, partially hydrogenated vegetable fat, corn starch, emulsifiers (mono and diacetyl tartaric acid esters of mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), stabilizers (guar gum, dipotassium phosphate), artificial flavors, salt, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), food color (beta carotene).
